District 36 units were dispatched to NJTP Southbound in the area North of Exit 4 for a MVA-Rescue Assignment with report of vehicle fire.  3603(BC-Jones) first on location confirming vehicle well involved with victims trapped and numerous other vehicles, including a tractor trailer, involved in the accident.  First on scene medics rapidly extricated patients still trapped in exposure vehicles to the car on fire.  Traffic created access problems to incoming fire and rescue units.  Numerous BLS transported to area hospitals, one flown to local trauma center and five confirmed DOA.  Below is a link to a video posted on You Tube provided by a passerby.
