District 36 units were dispatched to MM 40.7 North on Rt. 295 for a over turned vehicle, rescue assignment.  Upon the first units arrival it was confirmed the driver of the tractor trailer was trapped and companies went in service.  After a tough extrication the patient was successfully removed and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
